ALTUSFIT products are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery method
After your payment is successfully completed, your order is reviewed and your digital program — including the PDF session log — is delivered manually by email.
Delivery timing
Delivery is normally completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Didn't receive your access?
If you have not received your program after 24 hours, please contact contact@altusfit.shop and include the email address used for your order.
Access conditions
Access is tied to the email address used at checkout and remains available while the ALTUSFIT service is operational. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
