What we collect

When you buy a program we receive the details of that transaction — the program name, price and payment method — through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. If you contact us directly, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and follow up.

• Your email address and name, as provided at checkout
• The program(s) you purchased and the transaction reference
• Messages you send us via email or the contact form
• The email address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your program within 24 hours

How we use it

We use your details to deliver the program you bought, to provide support, and (only if you ask) to send updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we never use it for unrelated marketing.

• Deliver your program and PDF session log
• Provide program support and answer refund requests
• Inform you of updates or changes that affect your purchase

Legal basis

Under the GDPR and similar privacy laws, we process personal data to perform the contract you entered into when purchasing (delivery and support), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and on the basis of legitimate interest (basic security and the prevention of fraud).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy and security practices. We never store your card details on our own servers or databases. Card data passes directly between you and Stripe over an encrypted connection.

Cookies & analytics

We use limited analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to buy a program.

Data retention

We keep transaction records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically a few years), and support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter. Once data is no longer needed for its purpose, we delete it.

International transfers

We host the site and process data through service providers (including Cloudflare and Stripe) that operate internationally. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses so your information keeps equivalent protection.

Children’s privacy

AltusFIT programs are adult fitness products. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold for you. You may also object to or restrict processing, and where applicable ask for portability of your data.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, keep access to customer data minimal, and rely on managed providers with strong security practices. While no system is completely risk-free, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
