What we collect
When you buy a program we receive the details of that transaction (the program name, price and payment method) through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. If you contact us directly, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and follow up.
How we use it
We use your details to deliver the program you bought, to provide support, and (only if you ask) to send updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We never store your card details on our own servers.
Cookies & analytics
We use limited analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold for you. Email support@altusfit.shop and we will action it within a reasonable time.
