Refund Policy

Digital products, 14-day refund
Each program is a digital product delivered by download and/or view as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because you receive immediate access, we do not offer automatic refunds after purchase.
When we do refund
If you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not started the program, or if there is a genuine technical fault that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, we will refund your payment in full.
How to request one
Email support@altusfit.shop with your order details and the reason. We respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not issued once you have downloaded or begun working through a program, since the content is immediately consumable. This policy is kept simple and fair on purpose.
