Refund Policy

Digital products, 14-day refund

Each program is a digital product delivered manually by email within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Because access is personal and consumable once received, we do not offer automatic refunds after purchase. What we do offer is a fair, simple window: ask within 14 days, before starting the program, and we refund you.

When we do refund

You are entitled to a refund when you qualify for one of these cases:

• You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not started the program
• There is a genuine technical fault that prevents you from accessing what you paid for
• Our support could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time

How to request one

Requesting a refund takes a few minutes and one email. Here is the process:

• Email support@altusfit.shop from the address used at checkout
• Include your order number and the reason for the request
• We respond within a few business days (usually the same week)
• Approved refunds return to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not issued once you have downloaded or begun working through a program, since the content is consumable once accessed. Purchases made more than 14 days ago are also not refundable unless there is a technical fault.

• What if the program is not what I expected? If you have not started it, the same 14-day window applies.
• Where does the money come back to? The original payment method — card refunds can take 5–10 business days.
• What if my bank does not show the refund? Forward your original receipt to support@altusfit.shop and we track it for you.
