Operator

AltusFIT is a brand operated by ALTUSMEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). References to “AltusFIT”, “we” or “us” in these terms mean the operator.

The service

AltusFIT sells structured fitness, nutrition and mindset programs as digital products. By purchasing a program you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use a program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your country — to purchase a program. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may buy and administer the program on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at checkout.

What you get

Each program grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content you bought for your own training. Your purchase includes:

• The full session-by-session program for your own personal use
• The printable or digital PDF session log
• Any free updates we publish for that program during your access
• Email program support while the service is operational

Payments & access

You pay once and keep access to your program as long as the service is operational. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total amount charged is displayed at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and may suspend access if a payment is reversed or disputed.

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
• Your program and PDF are delivered manually to the email you provide within 24 hours of confirmation
• Access is tied to the email address used at checkout

Refunds

AltusFIT offers a 14-day refund policy on programs you have not started. See the Refund Policy page for the full conditions, the request process and the non-refundable cases.

Acceptable use

You may use the programs for your own training only. You must not:

• Resell, license, share or redistribute any program content
• Upload program materials to public platforms or training-as-a-service sites
• Reverse engineer, scrape or reproduce the content in whole or in part
• Use the content to coach clients commercially without our written permission

Intellectual property

All program content — session logs, videos, PDFs, text, images and trademarks — is the property of AltusFIT or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Health disclaimer

Exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes carry inherent risk. Before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or have an eating-disorder history, consult a qualified health professional. The programs provide general fitness information, not medical advice. You train at your own risk and AltusFIT is not liable for injury or harm arising from use of the programs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltusFIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use a program, including loss of fitness gains, time, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.

Digital delivery

Programs are delivered as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Delivery is manual, by email, normally within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of a program after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact support@altusfit.shop with any questions about your order.
